Shipping & Return Policy for Aahava Couture Mumbai based fashion designer

Thank you for choosing Aahava Couture for your fashion needs. We are committed to providing you with the best possible customer experience, and we understand the importance of a clear shipping and return policy.

Shipping Policy:

We take 3 – 4 weeks plus shipping time to deliver your order. However, the delivery time for bridal dresses can range from 8 to 12 weeks. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and the current situation.

We offer free local and national shipping. However, the client will bear the shipping charges for international shipping, which will vary based on the country and charged as per actuals.

Return Policy:

As we only make customized dresses, we do not accept returns or cancellations once the order is placed. We suggest you take your time while placing the order and double-check your measurements to ensure your dress fits you perfectly.

We understand that minor alterations may be required once you receive the dress. Therefore, we offer alterations within one week of receipt of the dress. However, the client needs to send us the dress at their own cost for any alterations.

Please note that we do not accept returns on any customized dresses.

Cancellation Policy:

We do not accept cancellations once the order is placed.
